Burgaflex NA, specializes in hose & tube assemblies for AC & heating lines for heavy truck, agriculture, and construction vehicles. BNA is in the fortunate position to be adding team oriented, forward thinking, talented, individuals to our team. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Process Engineer. In this position you will have responsibility for evaluating part designs and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

Key requirements of this role include: the ability to evaluate process and work flow in mfg facility, lead continuous improvement teams, determine best manufacturing process, develop best practices with the Engineering Dept, evaluation of tooling and error proofing, and monitoring budgets are met for part and process launches.

​

The Process Engineer we seek will possess: BS in Engineering, advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications, comprehension of MRP, exceptional knowledge of PPAP, 8D, Lean, 5 Why, PFMEA, etc. Knowledge of Program Management if preferred. Sponsorship is not available.
